As a member of our Solution Support team—comprised of driven professionals across Helsinki, Chicago, and Bucharest—you will help support our global customer base, addressing both operational issues and implementing more complex technical functionalities. In this role, you will focus on the latter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement technically complex new features in our customers’ environments using advanced SQL and Qlik BI, with opportunities to work with Azure in the future.
• Become a technical expert and provide internal consultation to colleagues on solving customer technical challenges using our best practices.
• Plan and execute the implementation of customer-specific functionalities, providing ongoing support for those solutions.
• Lead the internal technical quality assurance process for newly onboarded customers.
• Serve our growing international customer base, supporting all areas of our solutions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, both in writing and through occasional meetings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal processes and ways of working.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into best-practice technical solutions.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and ask insightful questions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Independent work style, with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic understanding of Qlik BI, Azure, and/or the procurement/finance sector is highly desirable.
