Ready to be at the top of your career? As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Have the commercial and contractual ownership of dedicated accounts. You will be leading our Manufacturing clients cluster to drive our client success.
  • Manage a portfolio of about 20 customers. You will ensure the customers are happy but also focus on where the highest value is.
  • Have ownership of your accounts from upsales and retention perspectives.
  • Drive our growth by ensuring that we meet and go beyond our clients’ expectations as well as grow their use of our solutions.
  • Guide CxO’s and super users in their decision-making.
  • Be supported by your team members and other professionals of Sievo. And don't worry, it's not all just hard work - we also expect you to know how to relax!

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong drive to create tangible results within your customer portfolio, as well as capabilities to identify and drive upsales.
  • Capabilities in managing six-figure solution sales in B2B context.
  • You have the capability to convince senior stakeholders especially in Procurement, but also in IT and Finance functions. Having prior experience in Procurement and Manufacturing industry is beneficial.
  • You know how to build great and long-lasting relationships with global clients and thrive to exceed client expectations. You treat your clients in a way you would like to be treated yourself.
  • Desire to learn and understand the business and the context of your clients.
  • You are tech-savvy and quick to learn how to use new software and technologies, and transform that knowledge to solution proposals for your customers.
  • We are an international team, so strong spoken and written English is a must - in addition especially French, German, Spanish or other European languages are a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (30 days max).

The salary model includes a base salary, which ranges between 4800-5500 €/month, along with commission. With commission, the OTE may reach approximately 80-90k €/year.
