What you can expect from Summer Academy:

• Hands-on work and real-life projects. You will be working on real tasks and projects, so you will be taking on responsibilities, contributing to your team’s success, and able to see your impact.
• Career opportunities. Summer Academy takes place approximately between May and August. After Summer Academy, you could potentially join us in a part-time role or even become a full-time Sievonian.

• Hybrid working. We'd love for you to spend some time with us at our office which is in an amazing location (no kidding, just in the heart of Helsinki). That said, we also recognize that you may want to work remotely at times, so we are flexible in that regard.

Customer Success Specialist (CSS)

In this role you will

• Get exposed to Sievo’s customers and products, customer success management in practice, CS/CRM tools and cross-team collaboration!
• Coordinate your own project - plan and drive a rollout of our new Customer Success tool.
• Build structured and informative documentation in Confluence - while documenting CSM tasks and best practices, you will learn a ton about Sievo's processes and ways of working.
• Support CSM team lead and CSMs in diverse administrative, monitoring and customer activities during holiday season.
• Manage own selected customer activities to learn the ropes of CSM role - investigate and analyse technical issues, communicate with customers and track statuses.
• Communicate the progress of your work internally and externally.
• Get acquainted with Slack, Jira, PowerBI, Salesforce, Freshdesk, QlikSense and SQL.

Data Engineering Specialist

In this role you will

• Together with your team members and the clients, develop an understanding of the clients’ procurement analytics needs.
• Work with a combination of Azure, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft SSIS and Sievo’s own proprietary integration tools.
• Build the data integrations and migrations required for Sievo applications and be able to document and communicate the process cross-functionally within the Sievo team.
• Investigate and understand clients’ data on the cloud, on-premises ERPs.
• Interface between Sievo’s integration field and customers' IT and project team.
• Interest in automating processes, genuine ETL enthusiasm, and intermediate SQL skills and Azure / cloud fundamentals are considered as an advantage.

Modernization Specialist

In this role you will

• Get exposed to Sievo’s different solution areas, customer environments, configurations and especially Sievo’s new product features from the start.
• Work with a unique mix of technical, coordinative and communicative tasks.
• Participate in coordinating modernization activities including new feature rollouts and technical improvements with various stakeholders.
• Configure new functionalities and updates with SQL and QlikSense.
• Investigate and analyze technical issues related to feature rollout.
• Communicate the progress of your work internally and externally.
• Participate in internal development projects.

Presales Solution Specialist

In this role you will

• Conquer the world with Sievo’s world-class sales team and work directly with executives of multi-billion companies from day one.
• Make sense of (often fuzzy) client requirements and data to form an understanding of what the client really needs, and showcase Sievo’s procurement analytics value to organizations.
• Take part in and manage Proof-of-Concept projects to demonstrate our solution and delivery capabilities to our future customers.
• Learn a wide stack of technologies, including e.g. Azure ETL tools, SQL Server, and Qlik Sense BI.
• Gain 360° view to SaaS business by collaborating with different Sievo teams, from sales and marketing all the way to product development.
• Prior experience in using and/or enthusiasm to learn technologies such as QlikSense and SQL is considered as an advantage as well as procurement / supply chain management understanding.

Solution Specialist

In this role you will

• Develop an understanding of our customers’ procurement analytics needs together with them and your team.
• Design Sievo applications together with the rest of the Sievo team to match those needs and configure the applications.
• Get your hands dirty in SQL databases, QlikSense and work with the Sievo application tools.
• Seek opportunities to add value for our customers and grow Sievo’s business by keeping up a dialogue with our customers’ super users and project teams.
• Prior experience in using and/or enthusiasm to learn technologies such as QlikSense and SQL is considered as an advantage.

For all the roles it’s great if:

• You are in the mid–to-final stages of your studies in IT, Technology, Business or Engineering field, or have other related studies.
• You have fluent English skills.
• You have the courage to question things: we believe development comes from challenging the status quo.
