We are Sievo – a fast-growing software-as-a-service (B2B SaaS) company from Finland. Our unique superpower is called procurement analytics. Our product is built in-house and we take pride on developing the product continuously instead of jumping from project to project.

We are now looking for a talented Senior Front-end Engineer to join ESG Engineering team team.

ESG engineering team is developing solutions around CO2 analytics, CBAM reporting, Diversity, Sustainability, and Risk analysis. Our team works next to the spend analysis paradigm helping companies build more sustainable and responsible supply chains. Our tools enable accurate CO2 emissions calculation and reporting, helping customers stay compliant and on track with their climate commitments. We help companies monitor and improve Sustainability, Risk, and Diversity across their supply chain.

We have a “You build it, You run it” culture where the team is responsible for designing, architecting, implementing, testing, deploying, and monitoring their services. We also believe that the best results are achieved by having autonomy, meaning the team can choose the tools that fit.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in building customer-facing UIs using React and Typescript
• Understanding of modern web technologies, browser networking, and browser rendering
• Experience with state-management libraries, component, and styling libraries
• Proactive self-starter mentality

Nice to have for this role:

• Knowledge of frontend build tools and module bundlers
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines, delivery processes, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with shipped products

Our current tech stack:

• Azure storage services, such as data lakes, SQL and CosmosDB
• React, Typescript, Webpack
• Microservices, Micro frontends, Infrastructure as Code, Azure DevOps
