About the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at Sievo. This is a full-time global role, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing and offers an exciting opportunity to work with an established B2B SaaS brand with 20+ years of existence.

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that differentiate our solutions on the market and identifying the resources we need internally and externally to execute that strategy.

In addition to the GTM work, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. They will be actively collaborating with the rest of the marketing team, product management team, sales team, and customer success team to gain and distribute knowledge about our products, customers, and market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Positioning: Leveraging competitor and market intelligence, establish product positioning that differentiates Sievo’s solutions and offering.
  • Messaging: Define ICPs, buyer personas and value propositions that translate our products and features into benefits that resonate with our target audience. Ensure consistent messaging across different assets, collaterals, and channels.
  • Content: Create effective materials that our sales and customer success teams can use to communicate the value and capabilities of our products to potential and existing customers.
  • GTM Strategies: Collaborate with our product, sales and customer success teams to create the tactical GTM plan that communicates the value of our solutions to multiple personas, supporting internal and external product launches.
  • Product contributions: Become an internal expert on our products, competitors, and our market position and partner closely with the product team to create demand, drive customer satisfaction, and revenue.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships cross-functionally, including with our product, marketing, sales and customer success teams to align and create feedback loops.

Our expectations from you

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • A self-starter approach to get things done and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Being familiar with the marketing tactics and channels that can potentially be used for effective product communication
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner and translate technical features into benefits that resonate with our market
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Outstanding analytical skills to identify, analyse, and use data to make decisions and give recommendations
  • Collaborative and cross-team working capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments, including technical environments (like product management)
  • An eye for good design, that clearly communicates the product values, taking the customer experience at the forefront
  • Collaboration skills and fluency in English

We also consider it is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in businesses with high touch sales (SLG) and long sales cycles
  • Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management, Sustainability or Finance
