In 2022, we raised a $44 million growth investment to further accelerate our growth in our key markets. Our client portfolio includes 150+ large, multinational companies such as Kellogg’s, Levi’s, and Deutsche Telekom.

Now we are looking for you to help keep us on the growth track also in the years to come. We are looking for highly energetic and dynamic Sales Development Representatives in Bucharest to join our global Sales Development team.

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll actively contribute to our sales results from day one. You are responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound sales activities. You love a challenge, working in a goal-driven environment, and succeeding together as a team. You are highly self-motivated, think well outside-the-box, easily initiate relaxed but informative two-way conversations with prospects. You have the hunger to succeed and attain goals and don’t shy away from discussing with senior stakeholders of large multinational corporations.

Besides your fellow Sales Development Representatives, you will also be working closely with Account Executives and wider Marketing team. You will be reporting directly to the Sales Development Manager based in Finland. 


What your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Research, identify, and initiate relationships with key decision-makers in world’s largest companies through outbound activities based on ideal customer profile and target account lists 
  • Qualify and turn leads coming from inbound marketing campaigns into 1st meetings
  • Partner with sales and marketing to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and cadences 
  • Leverage our sales tech stack for multi-channel outreach and automation (emails, InMails, calls etc.) 
  • Prospect in Europe and book qualified meetings with new prospects for Account Executives

This role is ideal for you if you have/are:

  • Some (1-2 years) relevant work experience from Sales and/or Business Development (preferably B2B)  
  • Strong communication skills in English both speaking and writing
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, confident, independent, and have strong attention to detail 
  • Strong desire to grow as a professional and continuously develop established ways of working 

We consider it an advantage if you have:

  • Previous experience in SaaS, Enterprise Sales, Software industry
  • Previous experience in using relevant sales technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo etc.
  • Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management (you’ll be selling to procurement professionals) 
  • Proficiency in other Central European languages such as German or French is appreciated
