About the role

Join our dynamic team and help us build, optimize, and maintain cutting-edge data integration solutions for global clients. In this full-time, client-facing role, you'll work closely with customers to understand their data needs, design effective solutions, and ensure smooth implementation for long-term success.

We’re looking for problem-solvers with strong technical skills and a passion for making data work in real-world applications. If you excel at translating complex requirements into practical outcomes and thrive in collaborative, client-facing environments, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re hiring multiple Data Engineers and welcome candidates with experience in data engineering, analysis, management, or similar fields especially those eager to transition into a customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements from new and existing clients and designing integration pipelines
• Implementing new data integration or updating and expanding existing ones
• Provide excellent customer support and communication throughout the support lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of data solutions
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing data integration solutions for clients

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL is a must-have skill
• Basic experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure services such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
• Strong customer support and communication skills in English
• Excellent soft skills including logical thinking, troubleshooting, and investigation
• Detail-oriented with the ability to carefully manage tasks and communication with stakeholders

Extra points if you have

• Experience in Microsoft SSIS, SQL server and Python
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Background in data engineering, data integration, data analysis, ERP consulting, or related fields
• Procurement knowledge
