We’re now looking for a Senior Legal Advisor to join us and help drive our international growth. If you’re ready to be part of something big, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (especially SaaS contracts) with major global companies.
• Advise business teams on contracts, data protection, intellectual property, data and AI.
• Identify and manage legal and compliance risks across our global operations.
• Design and improve scalable legal processes and tools to support growth.

We’ll tailor the role to your strengths and interests.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree or Bachelor's degree in Law.
• At least 5+ years relevant legal experience, ideally in tech or at a top law firm.
• Strong background in commercial contracts, in particular SaaS/software licensing.
• Excellent English; other languages are a plus.
• Analytical, proactive, and business-minded, with clear communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and explaining legal concepts to non-lawyers.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or data-driven businesses.
• Expertise on legal aspects relating to AI, data, IP, data protection, employment law, corporate law, or M&A.
• Additional language skills.

This is a full-time position. The role is hybrid, and the candidate is expected to be based in Bucharest.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a salary range of approximately 11.000-15.000 Ron net per month, depending on your experience and skills.
