About the Modernization team

Modernization team is in charge of making Sievo’s product innovations available for all our customers! What this means in practice: we plan and coordinate new feature rollouts with our Product and client facing teams as well as implement technical improvements across Sievo’s customer environments. We make sure that all Sievo’s customers have the latest and greatest product features in use and know how to make the best out of them!

About the role

We are now looking for a Rollout Specialist to join our Modernization team in Bucharest. This full-time role is a great way to start a career at Sievo and in procurement analytics. The position is truly cross-functional, with a mix of technical tasks, project management, and communication.

As a Rollout Specialist, you will

• Gain hands-on experience working with various Sievo solution areas, environments and configurations
• Provide administrative and organizational support for rollout activities​
• Be at the forefront of innovation by working with new features from the launch phase, helping to ensure their successful rollouts to our clients
• Leverage your skills in Qlik Sense and SQL, while also supporting reporting and communication efforts
• Implement new features and updates following best practices and standard processes
• Assist with the rollout process, including creating documentation and keeping stakeholders informed with regular progress updates
• Collaborate closely with our Customer Success, Project Implementation and Product teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery
• Participate in continuous development of internal processes and ways of working​

What typically gives a good starting point for a Rollout Specialist?

• Some relevant work experience and/or studies (e.g. in technical support/ consulting/ data analysis/ project management in a software context)
• Understanding relational databases, SQL or other programming language
• Ability to stay organized with competing deadlines while keeping strong attention to detail
• You like bringing order to things and not afraid of multiple priorities: planning, coordinating and working on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Clear and effective communication skills in English - you are at ease collaborating with different teams
• You are tech-savvy and quick to pick up new software and technologies

Bonus that will make your learning curve smoother

• Previous experience with Qlik Sense, or other BI tools (such as PowerBI or Tableau)
• Understanding of Procurement

Prior experience or understanding of procurement would help you make a flying start but is not a prerequisite. Most importantly, we appreciate curiosity, the ability to search and apply information, taking initiative as well as a 'can-do' attitude.

This is a full-time position that provides a great starting point for your career in Sievo. The salary for this position ranges from 5000 – 6000 RON/net per month.
