Those are undeniable factors of success without which a company cannot prosper, but they are just the tip of the iceberg. At Sievo we look at success with thicker lenses and believe that our success recognized this month again by our Global Red Herring and Deloitte Technology Fast 50 accolades is the result of strong internal values.
So this fall we undertook a major exercise aimed at formulating Sievo’s Values. The exercise was built from the ground up as we believe all of us ought to share and carry them forward as we grow and expand beyond our current footprint. The result are three carefully crafted Value Statements that we live and breathe all year long:

Caring: We care about what we do, we care about each other and we care about our customers. We take responsibility, offer help, share knowledge, listen actively and provide constructive feedback to each other and our customers.
Exceed: We aim at exceeding our own limits and the expectations of others and our customers. We innovate, work with passion and agility and embrace continuous learning.
These are not just words for us, there are our guides, enabling us to deliver our mission which aims at advancing procurement performance.We believe that these are the very same values that make us successful. And we are proud to announce that Sievo made the list of two of the most recognized accolades in the industry.
Sievo has been named to the 2013 Red Herring Global 100 list of the world’s top private technology companies. The Red Herring Global 100 award is given to the top 100 global technology companies selected from over 1000 companies and over 40 nations. The selection is based on the company’s technological innovation, management strength, market size, investor record, customer acquisition, and financial health. Previous winners include Google, Yahoo, Skype, Netscape, Salesforce.com, YouTube and eBay.
Deloitte Technology Fast 50 praised Sievo’s accomplishments for the 6th year in a row ranking the Firm #46 in the industry’s most recognized yearly accolade. Procurement Performance Management has yet to be recognized as a category in itself. But Sievo’s growth is the testament of the existence and attractiveness of such market serving procurement leaders that aim at advancing procurement performance and being recognized for the financial accomplishments. These industry recognitions complete a set of recognition this year that also include 2013 Red Herring Europe 100 winner and Gartner 2013 Cool Vendor in Procurement and CLM.
