What does International Women's Day mean to you?
As a child, I associated International Women's Day with flowers and the anticipation of spring replacing the long, dark winter. However, as I grew older, I came to understand its deeper significance—it’s a day to honor the strength, accomplishments, and resilience of women around the world.
Thrilling. Because my career is full of learning, adaptation, and new challenges. It evolves with experiences, countries, and opportunities, making my journey dynamic, unpredictable, and endlessly exciting.
Balancing work and personal life can be quite challenging at times. But I always try to set clear boundaries and focus on what truly matters. Before the beginning of every week, I try to review my schedule and balance it to make sure I will have enough time to exercise, spend time with my family, and relax with some hobbies. Work is important, but so is enjoying life and the moments that make it meaningful.
If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Never be afraid or dependent on anyone else's opinion—your path is yours to create. Trust yourself, embrace your journey, and walk confidently toward your dreams. The world is full of voices, but the one that matters most to you is your own.
Who is a woman that inspires you and why?
Frida Kahlo inspires me because she turned her pain into powerful art, proving that self-expression can be both healing and revolutionary.
What keeps you motivated in your role?
There are multiple things that inspire me in this role, so it’s hard to choose just one. First, as a Product Manager for both ESG and AI/ML products, I contribute to the creation of solutions that not only help our customers achieve their ESG goals and contribute to a better world but also leverage cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. Second, the role offers endless opportunities for continuous learning and overcoming challenges, which keeps me engaged and motivated. Third, and perhaps most rewarding, is the treasure of working alongside brilliant minds, collaborating with passionate and talented individuals who push me to grow every day.
What advice would you give to women entering your field?
Build a strong network of mentors and allies, continuously learn new skills, and stay updated on industry trends. Prioritize work-life balance and set boundaries. Most importantly, do not give up if something is not working from the first attempt, embrace challenges as learning opportunities and stay passionate about building great products that make an impact.
