Our core values are caring, exceeding, and honesty - values that make us grow bigger and better, not bigger and bitter.
About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Data Content Manager to join our marketing team at Sievo. This is a full-time global role, reporting to the Sr. Head of Product Marketing.
This role sits at the intersection of data and storytelling. The Procurement Data Content Manager brings the analytical skills to work with real-world procurement data- equivalent to 2% of global GDP- and the communication instincts to turn insights into benchmarks, reports, and narratives that resonate with procurement professionals worldwide.
The Procurement Data Content Manager does not just surface numbers -this person shapes what those numbers mean. They build the analysis, craft the story, and package insights into assets that GTM teams can take directly to customers and prospects with confidence.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams- Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success- to ensure that Sievo’s community data is transformed into compelling, differentiated market stories that support pipeline generation, customer retention, and brand authority in the procurement analytics space.
Responsibilities
As Procurement Data Content Manager at Sievo, you will own three interconnected areas of work:
Benchmark reports
- Build Sievo’s recurring and ad-hoc benchmark reports from aggregated and anonymized community data: define the cuts, run the analysis, and make the production process repeatable and scalable.
- Identify the most relevant, defensible, and commercially valuable slices of data to report on, in close collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales.
- Own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of benchmark outputs – from raw data to finished report.
Data storytelling
- Find the "so what" in the data and translate it into clear narratives, visuals, and talking points that resonate with a non-technical business audience.
- Articulate what story the numbers tell – not just how to chart them. Turn procurement benchmarks into compelling market insights that differentiate Sievo.
- Monitor global events, trade developments, policy shifts, and supply chain signals to identify procurement-relevant moments worth owning. Have the instinct to ask "what does our data say about this?" before anyone else does – and move quickly to turn those moments into timely insights and content that put Sievo in the conversation.
- Develop and maintain a library of data-driven narratives, charts, and visuals for use across marketing, sales, and customer-facing content.
Enabling sales and marketing on using the data
- Package insights into assets the GTM teams actually use: benchmark slides, one-pagers, campaign angles, long-format reports, and more.
- Enable sales reps and marketers to use Sievo’s community data confidently in their motions – through training, enablement sessions, and clear documentation.
- Work with the rest of the marketing team to integrate benchmark data into demand generation campaigns, thought leadership, and customer communications.
- Tracking and reporting results: Define success metrics for benchmark assets and track their usage and impact across sales and marketing programs.
Qualifications and skills
- Procurement-domain understanding either from direct experience in a procurement role, consulting for procurement teams, or deep familiarity with procurement processes, the challenges and goals of procurement professionals ranging from analyst to C-level.
- Proven data storytelling skills: ability to build a coherent narrative, produce clean visuals, and write clearly for a non-technical audience across multiple formats (slides, reports, one-pagers, web).
- Outstanding analytical skills to identify trends, synthesize findings, and give educated recommendations backed by data (experience with tools such as Power BI or similar are a plus).
- Understanding how sales and marketing use data – and the ability to translate analysis into messaging and enablement assets, not just dashboards.
- Confident presenting to and enabling internal teams, including senior stakeholders; comfortable running enablement sessions and workshops.
- A self-starter approach with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, insight-driven content across formats.
- Ability to leverage AI in work processes for better quality and faster output.
We also consider it an advantage if you have:
- Experience in a data analysis, insights, or analytics role – ideally in a consulting company with a procurement domain– with a track record of turning complex data into actionable outputs.
- Strong hands-on data skills: comfortable structuring, cleaning, and QA-ing large datasets in Excel and SQL, and building reports in a BI tool (Power BI or similar
