We are now looking for a crucial role for our future growth: a Senior Product Manager to lead the Community Data Product team in Helsinki. So what is community data?

When 2% of global GDP runs through Sievo, something unique happens: patterns emerge that no single company could ever see on its own. Community Data is Sievo's aggregated, anonymized view across all of that — benchmarks, classifications, supplier intelligence, and spend patterns drawn from a dataset that represents a significant slice of global corporate purchasing.

As the Product Manager for Community Data, you own the product that turns this raw collective intelligence into something customers can actually use: to benchmark their performance, understand what "good" looks like in their category, and make better decisions faster. This is not a data infrastructure role — it's about defining what insights matter, how they're surfaced, and why customers would pay for them.

It's one of the hardest product problems at Sievo, and one of the most valuable.

This role ensures community data continues to be a key moat of Sievo’s today and tomorrow.

What will you be doing as a Senior Product Manager?

• Interact with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs to define the right problems to solve
• Learn about new trends and competition in the market with genuine curiosity
• Use all the above information and your own expertise to build a product vision and strategy and drive this product group to success
• Prioritize development and plan and deliver your roadmap with the development team; own your domain with the team from research, discovery, design, development to maintenance and communication
• Lead the team alongside an Engineering Manager
• Ensure that your development team has the customer and business context needed
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create go-to-market plans and strategies to build the business
• Work in a quickly evolving field, where understanding the big picture from the noise is needed

To succeed in this role, you have

• Relevant experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS
• A proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, and ability to turn complex problems into understandable messages that all parties from engineers to CEO understand. In other words, you can manage communications in a complicated domain with many stakeholders
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• AI is part of how you work; not only to move faster, but to do things that weren't possible before
• Ambitious and outcome-driven mindset: you set a high bar for yourself and your product, and you own the results
• A passion for exploring customer problems and transforming them into valuable solutions. You are genuinely interested in understanding your customers and their needs
• You can dream big, build a vision for your product and build a bridge between now and the future
• You don't need to write code, but you're comfortable with technology and data; enough to reason through complex logic and make fast, well-grounded product decisions

Our starting salary for a Senior Product Manager role is between 6300-6800 EUR, and we are open to discussing higher compensation for particularly senior profiles.

This is a full-time position, and we will fill the position as soon as we have found a suitable candidate.
