As a Partnerships Manager, you’ll build and nurture relationships with leading consultancies, leaders of industry and other AI startups. You’ll play a key role in generating a third of Sievo’s new sales and driving product innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage & strengthen existing consulting partnerships to drive Sievo new sales through joint planning, pipeline reviews, project management and sales support
• Collaborate with New Sales to close deals and with Product teams to enhance our offerings
• Identify and engage new partners, communicating Sievo’s value proposition as a technology partner
• Explore novel partnership modalities across the procurement industry
• Drive continuous improvement in partnership practices
• Report directly to the VP of Partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years’ experience in partnerships, sales, consulting, or account management
• Consulting background (management, operations, or procurement) is a plus
• Strong ownership, independence, and a growth mindset
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to work onsite ~20% and travel ~10%

Work Type: Hybrid, based in Helsinki

Salary range: 4000-5250 EUR / month

Salary will be determined at the conclusion of the interview process based on your skills and experience.
