Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a talented Head of Growth Marketing to join Sievo’s global Marketing team of 20. You’ll be our first marketing manager based in the US, leading our global Growth Marketing strategy, existing growth marketing team and efforts, with the goal of driving a qualified sales pipeline and top-line revenue growth.
For this role, we are seeking a strategic thinker and a doer with a proven track record of implementing successful, data-driven growth marketing strategies in the B2B SaaS space. You’re a hands-on leader who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution and ensure alignment of marketing activities with company goals and objectives. You lead by example, and you don’t shy away from doing hands-on work yourself. You will be responsible for all Growth Marketing initiatives, including planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels in paid, owned and earned media. In addition, you are responsible for overseeing the analytics, reporting, and ROI of growth initiatives and fostering efficient cross-functional work shared success. This is a full-time and global role, in which you’ll be reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, member of Sievo’s management team, based out of Chicago in 2026.

While you are based out of the US, you are prepared to collaborate with existing team members based in Europe over a time zone difference. This role will require periodic travel to Europe multiple times per year.
Salary range: $120,000 - $170,000
The salary will be determined based on the chosen candidate’s experience and qualifications for the position.
