We are looking for a Data Enrichment Specialist to join our Customer Success function in Bucharest. As a Data Enrichment Specialist, you would be joining our Process Data Management team where we excel in delivering outstanding spend classification and supplier parenting services for our clients.

As a Data Enrichment Specialist, you would:

• Make sense out of vast amounts of our clients’ spend data across suppliers and a variety of categories to deliver high-quality spend classification and supplier parenting service for our clients
• Ensure recurring weekly / monthly processes run smoothly and validate new data against historical values
• Take the initiative to solve possible data-related problems on your own or by cooperating with your teammates, software development teams and/or directly with clients
• Actively communicate with our clients by e-mail and occasionally participate in client meetings
• Effectively communicate with various stakeholders to prioritize your tasks based on client needs
• Take part in the continuous development of our software to increase the speed and quality of handling and classifying spend data
• Have the courage to question things and to speak up: we believe development comes from challenging the status quo

What typically gives a good starting point for a Data Enrichment Specialist?

• Minimum 1 year of experience in master data management or data analysis
• You are eager to work with customers to ensure reliability of their data
• Ability to work independently and take ownership over everything you do
• Diligence with routine tasks and a sharp eye for details
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize your work effectively
• Experience with SQL – you can follow scripts and understand what they do as well as create simple queries
• Ability to get quickly up-to-speed with new software and technologies
• Great communication skills – you are at ease with managing stakeholder communication
• Fluency in English – other language skills are highly appreciated

• Understanding of Procurement / Finance
• Basic understanding of data visualization tools is an advantage

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bucharest, offering a monthly net salary of RON 4,000–5,000, depending on your experience. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work combined with meaningful in-person collaboration at our office, where you’ll connect with a supportive team and grow your impact.
