The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of 20–30 global enterprise clients — building the kind of deep, trusted relationships that make customers want to grow with us. You'll be the person they call when they want to think strategically about their procurement data, and you'll make sure Sievo is always delivering genuine value.

This isn't a support role — it's a commercial one. You'll have full ownership of retention, upsell, and cross-sell across your accounts, working closely with procurement, finance, IT, and ESG stakeholders, right up to the CxO level.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of 20–30 global enterprise accounts end-to-end
  • Build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, from super users to CxOs
  • Drive retention by ensuring customers are getting real, measurable value from our platform
  • Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your accounts
  • Partner with Sievo's delivery and product teams to advocate for your clients
  • Bring a consultative approach to complex, multi-stakeholder conversations

What We're Looking For

We care more about how you think and how you work with people than about ticking every box. That said, here's what tends to set people up for success in this role:

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating complex software — and helping others do the same
  • Strong communicator in English; other languages (especially Spanish) are a bonus
  • A background in procurement or procurement tech is a strong differentiator — people who combine commercial skills with procurement know-how tend to thrive here.

  • Client-first, and genuinely motivated by seeing customers succeed
  • Confident in senior conversations, consultative in your style
  • Proactive and self-directed — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Excited by working across global markets, with some travel (up to ~30 days/year)

  • Base salary + variable compensation, OTE $110K - 130K
