To support our strong growth, our sales team in Helsinki is on the lookout for a Solution Consultant. A Solution Consultant, in Sievo Presales, acts as a link between the Sales, Customers, and Product functions, with a versatile set of activities: supporting Sales in introducing solutions fit to customer challenges, driving Proof-of-Concept – or pilot – projects in a project manager role, and collaborating with Product Development.

You will have the chance to:

• Lead and manage Proof-of-Concept projects, global team involved, and demonstrate the value of the solution to key client stakeholders in large global organizations
• Make sense of (often fuzzy) client requirements and form an understanding of what the client really needs
• Become a subject matter expert on Sievo capabilities to support in sales demos, meetings, and RFx processes
• Learn a wide stack of technologies, including industry-leading AI and latest BI tools while also sky-rocketing your SQL skills
• Gain 360° view to SaaS business by collaborating with different functions and teams, from Sales and Marketing to Professional Services, Customer Success and all the way to Product Development

Your first six months targets would include:

• Gaining an understanding of the core challenges our customers are facing
• Taking responsibility for your first customer cases
• Becoming familiar with Sievo solutions and tools
• Having meetings with Procurement leaders of Fortune 500 companies
• Getting to know all the awesome people at Sievo

With our support you will succeed and grow in this position. A bit easier it will surely be, if you:

• Have a can-do attitude to run the last mile and win the sales cases
• Have Procurement and/or Supply Chain related business understanding
• Have excellent analytical capabilities combined with hands-on experience with databases and BI tools
• Are a technical problem solver. You may face situations where you don't have enough information and need to better understand the clients' data to come up with the best solution to support the clients' business objectives
• Have solid presentation skills to convey the solution to clients in a short time frame
• Have project management skills – you will be responsible for ensuring that deliverables and timing is met for client proof-of-concepts
• Have an academic degree in the fields of Business and/or Engineering
• Know your English. Other languages (German, French…) is a strong plus
• Are willing to travel
