Marketing Operations Specialist

We’re looking for an analytical and results-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our global marketing organization. You will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, you’ll actively contribute to our sales and marketing growth journey from day one. You’ll learn through impactful work leveraging the best tools, most optimal processes, and talented colleagues in the exciting world of enterprise B2B marketing!

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan, create, and execute scalable marketing communications including email newsletters, webinars and marketing automation workflows.
• Manage our CRM database hygiene and optimization; develop and execute strategy for monitoring and improving gaps in data health

• Advance our capability to use B2B sales and marketing software such as Hubspot, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and reach our ideal customers.

• Collaborate with key sales, marketing and agency stakeholders on key lead generation initiatives

• Define and measure our marketing and sales development key performance metrics.

What we’re looking for:

• Ability and enthusiasm for marketing data management and quality,

• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills,

• Strong initiative, attention to detail and analytical mindset that allow you to drive your ideas to execution

• Ability to approach projects with automation and scalability in mind.

• Previous experience in using marketing automation / CRM technologies (Hubspot, Salesforce or equivalent)
