Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team. As a Marketing Operations Manager you report directly to the Head of Growth Marketing based in Helsinki, and you play a central role in the whole marketing team.

The ideal candidate we are looking for already has some knowledge on MarOps topics and is excited about the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and getting things done. At core, you’re great at optimizing technologies, operations and processes in all marketing activities. You have good knowledge of the interconnectedness between marketing and other key stakeholders in the organization and the systems they use. You love getting hands on with data and you’re passionate about analyzing and finding insights from marketing data that fuels decision-making. By setting up appropriate tracking and measurement practices, your ultimate goal is to optimize the growth of marketing-driven leads, pipeline, and revenue.

What you'll be working on as our Marketing Operations Manager:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data management processes in the CRM, ensuring good database hygiene with accurate and updated information for leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities for effective segmentation and personalization.
  • Hands-on ownership of data quality issues and improvements, such as duplicate management, workflow maintenance for automation, data syncs, and object and property management.
  • Discover and implement optimal measurement and reporting practices on conversions, attribution, pipeline creation, and return on investment across the entire funnel. You will collaborate within the global marketing team to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and channels.
  • Act as the primary owner and super user of the marketing tech stack, managing vendor relations and integrations. You will also lead the adoption and implementation of new marketing tools and technologies, and are passionate about learning about new trends in MarTech.
  • Identify, implement, and document scalable marketing automation processes that enable the marketing team to be more efficient in their daily work.
  • Provide training and support to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and other key stakeholders for effective use of shared marketing tools.
  • Partner with our legal and security team to ensure compliance with all appropriate Privacy, Information Security, Data Governance protocols and laws.
  • Closely collaborate with Revenue Operations on measuring marketing ROI and developing relevant analytics dashboards and reports in business intelligence tools.

Qualification and skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working with various marketing automation platforms and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pipedrive).
  • Hands-on experience with multiple marketing attribution models, reporting, analytics and the corresponding tools.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a data driven mindset; ability to draw conclusions from data sets and highlight insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities; capable of working effectively across functions.
  • Self-starter and hands-on attitude and a capability to work independently.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills to navigate competing projects.
  • This is an individual contributor role and does not involve people management responsibilities.


What we consider as an advantage in this role: 

  • Experience in B2B SaaS GTM motions with high sales touch (SLG).
  • Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in using analytics and BI tools such as Supermetrics and PowerBI.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio or equivalent.
  • Experience in using HubSpot and Salesforce.
