In a continuous effort to develop its procurement function, Orkla is revising its approach to create spend visibility. As a result of competitive tender, Orkla selected Sievo to deliver Spend Visibility for its core branded consumer goods business.
The spend visibility project will cover data extraction from more than 40 systems, classification of spend data into Orkla specific category structure, and provision of spend data for end users through intuitive reporting interface.
